The free tool. Drawing, exploring and taking snapshots on lanternbi.com are free, for any number of models, without an account. The tool is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available but promise neither; a drawing can be incomplete or wrong, and the site can be down. Check anything that matters against your own model before you act on it.

The pack. The pack is a one-time purchase of two files, built in your browser from your own model: the interactive portrait and the interactive measure lineage, as self-contained HTML. The price shown at checkout is the price, taxes included where Polar collects them. The purchase is handled by Polar Software Inc. as the merchant of record: Polar is the seller on your receipt, issues the invoice and the license key, and its terms of purchase apply to the transaction itself.

What you may do with the pack. The license key is for one model per purchase and is bound to that model the first time you use it; if you need it moved, write to support@lanternbi.com. You may use the files inside your own organisation and share them with the people who work on that model, including clients and colleagues, without limit. You may not resell the files or offer them as a service. Snapshots and the drawings themselves are yours to use anywhere, including publicly.

Refunds. Within 14 days of purchase, write to support@lanternbi.com and we refund, no questions asked.

Our liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the tool or the pack is limited to the amount you paid for the pack. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian or EU consumer law.

Your files. You keep every right in your model files and in the drawings made from them. We claim none, and as described in the Privacy page we never receive them.

Who you are dealing with. Lantern Tools is run by SUMMERGRIND SRL, registered in Romania, CUI 43520619, J2021000100404, support@lanternbi.com. Romanian law applies; if you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory protections of your own country apply too.

Changes. When these terms change, the date below changes with it; the terms at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
